研究目的：

1、参照过程性模型，构建由护士主导，针对MCI者执行功能的多任务-过程性认知训练项目； 2、验证多任务-过程性认知训练项目对社区MCI者执行功能的直接效应； 3、挖掘多任务-过程性认知训练项目对社区MCI者未经训练认知域功能的迁移效应； 4、探究多任务-过程性认知训练项目对执行功能及未经训练认知域功能的持续效应； 5、探索多任务-过程性认知训练项目通过怎样的中介效应影响了老年轻度认知障碍者的执行功能。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The process model was used as a theoretical framework to initially construct a process-based multi-task cognitive training program. 2. To evaluate whether the multitask-process cognitive training program would provide direct results on executive function in the community elderly with MCI. 3. To explore the transfer effect of a multitask-process cognitive training program on the untrained cognitive domain functions in the community elderly with MCI. 4. To explore the sustainability of multitask-process cognitive training programs on executive functionand untrained cognitive domain functions. 5. How does participation in multitask-process cognitive training programs affect executive function of older adults with mild cognitive function?

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

等待对照组措施：接受为期10周的健康教育课程，每周两次，每次40~60分钟。 干预组措施：除了健康促进课程外，干预组被试参加了每周3次，每次60分钟的多任务认知训练，共10周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1)The wait list control group: Participants in the control group are on the waiting list and will receive ten weeks of health education classes twice a week, at 40~60 minutes per session. (2)The intervetion group: In addition to the same health promotion classes given to the wait list control group, the participants in the process-based multi-task cognitive training group attended the supervised 60-minute process-based multi-task session 3 times per week over 10 weeks in small groups with a maximum number of 6. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重头部外伤史者；
2. 有抑郁、焦虑等精神疾病病史者；
3. 服用认知增强剂、抗抑郁药物或酒精依赖症患者；
4. 血管性痴呆、中风、帕金森病、急性精神病、智力迟钝或创伤性脑损伤史的证据；
5. 存在其他可引起脑功能障碍的神经系统疾病和严重内科疾病；
6. 已参与过或正在参加其它相关性研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. those with a history of severe head trauma;
2. patients with a history of depression, anxiety and other mental diseases;
3. patients with cognitive enhancer antidepressants or alcohol dependence;
4. evidence of acute mental mental retardation or traumatic brain injury in patients with vascular dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease;
5. other neurological diseases and serious medical diseases that may cause brain dysfunction;
6. have participated in or are participating in other relevant researchers.
