研究目的：

本研究旨在将基于CBT的自助干预应用于抑郁症急性期治疗期后有残留症状的患者，观察其对不同严重程度残留症状、不同类型残留症状的干预效果以及其对残留症状患者生活质量和社会功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to apply cognitive behavioral self-help intervention to patients with residual symptoms after the acute phase of depression. To observe the effect of cognitive behavioral self-help intervention on the residual symptoms of different severity and different types of residual symptoms and its influence on the quality of life and social function of patients with residual symptoms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①诊断双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、分裂情感性精神障碍及其他疾病伴发的精神障碍者；
②有较严重的心、脑、肝、肾等躯体疾病；
③有阅读困难、文盲或学习障碍；
④HAMD自杀条目评分≥3分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and other mental disorders associated with other diseases;
2. have more serious physical diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney;
3. have difficulty reading, illiterate or learning disabilities;
4. HAMD suicide entry score ≥ 3 points.
