研究目的：

通过收集区域多中心的临床资料与本院其他组高年资医生的腹腔镜及机器人结直肠癌手术的现有临床资料相比较，探讨手辅助腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术在结直肠癌根治术中的优势，从而为手辅助腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术在临床的推广应用提供研究数据。  

Objectives of Study：

By collecting area multicenter clinical data with other groups of high qualification doctor in our hospital laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery and robot, in comparison with the existing clinical data to discuss hand assisted laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical in colorectal cancer radical advantage, for the hand assisted laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical data generalization and application in clinical research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）非原发性结直肠癌患者或已发生远处转移的患者，肿瘤浸润到邻近器官或同步转移性疾病；（2）多发性结直肠癌；（3）局部复发性结直肠癌；（4）其他器官恶性肿瘤史；（5）美国麻醉医师协会术前患者体格情况分级> 3；（6）患者及其家属不愿配合参与本次研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) non-primary colorectal cancer patients or patients with distant metastasis, tumor infiltration into adjacent organs or synchronous metastatic diseases;
(2) multiple colorectal cancer;
(3) locally recurrent colorectal cancer;
(4) history of malignant tumors in other organs;
(5) American society of anesthesiologists preoperative patient status classification > 3;
(6) the patients and their families were unwilling to cooperate in this study.
