研究目的：

评估验证自体浓缩骨髓血复合β-TCP支架材料移植技术治疗修复临床颅面骨缺损的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of bone marrow mononuclear cells combined with beta-tricalcium phosphate granules for craniofacial bone defect repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、 双侧唇裂或唇腭裂； 2、合并需手术修复的腭瘘； 3、明确诊断为知名综合征以及除唇腭裂外尚存在其他颅面畸形者； 4、植骨术前必须行正畸治疗或常规单次植骨无法满足牙槽嵴修复需求的患者； 5、术前检查及评估全身情况无法耐受全麻手术以及其他原因不适宜手术者； 6、患儿无法配合完成术前评估及实验期内相关检查者； 7、具有其他可能影响骨愈合的骨代谢性疾病的病史或相关检查发现的患者（如骨质疏松、骨软化症等）； 8、过敏体质或相关材料、试剂及药物有明确过敏史的患者； 9、酒精或药物依赖患者； 10、正在参与其他临床试验，且未达到终点者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bilateral cleft lip or cleft lip and palate;
2. Combined with palatal fistula which requiring surgical repair;
3. Definitely diagnosed as well-known syndrome or combined with other craniofacial deformities besides cleft lip and palate;
4. Orthodontic treatment is demanded before bone grafting or conventional single treatment is insufficient for the repair of alveolar bone defect;
5. Intolerance to general anesthesia evaluated by preoperative examination and assessment or not suitable for surgery by other causes;
6. Poorly compliance to preoperative evaluation or examinations during the whole experimental period;
7. Patients with a history or examnation of bone metabolic disorders that may affect bone healing process (Such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, etc.);
8. Allergic constitution, or with clear allergic history of related materials, reagents and drugs;
9. Alcohol or drug addicts;
10. Those who are participating in other clinical trials and have not reached the end point.
