研究目的：

非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）是一种无过量饮酒史，但产生代谢应激性肝脏损伤病症，已成为我国主要慢性肝病和健康体检肝脏生物化学指标异常的首要原因，对国民健康构成严重威胁。本项目组前期研究发现IF对伴有NAFLD的肥胖者减轻体重的同时，也改善了NAFLD。提示IF可能是治疗NAFLD的新方法，目前仅见动物试验的报道。本项目拟对NAFLD患者进行间歇性断食疗法的随机对照试验，评估间歇性断食疗法对NAFLD患者的疗效，以期为改善或治愈NAFLD探索新的行之有效的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which has no history of excessive drinking but produces metabolic stress liver injury, has become the primary cause of abnormal biochemical indexes of liver in China's major chronic liver diseases and health examinations, posing a serious threat to the national health. Our previous study found that IF reduced weight and improved NAFLD in obese patients with NAFLD. It suggests that IF may be a new treatment for NAFLD, and only animal studies have been reported so far. This project intends to conduct a randomized controlled trial of intermittent fasting therapy in NAFLD patients to evaluate the efficacy of intermittent fasting therapy in NAFLD patients, so as to explore new and effective treatment methods for improving or curing NAFLD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）其他肝脏疾病以及药物引起的肝功能损坏者；
（2）糖尿病患者（FPG≥7.0mmol/L 及/或 OGTT 2h PG≥11.1mmol/L）；
（3）高血压患者（收缩压≥140 mmHg 和/或 舒张压≥90 mmHg 或正在服用
降压药）；
（4）入选本研究三个月前，或与此同时参加其它研究试验者；
（5）入选本研究三个月前，或与此同时服用药物者；
（6）明显肾功能不全(肌酐≥1.5 mg/dl 或＞133umol/L)；
（7）既往曾患脑卒中或心肌梗死病史者；
（8）做过/或正准备做冠状动脉球囊扩张术或冠状动脉搭桥术；
（9）患其它严重疾病如恶性肿瘤；
（10）怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
（11）研究者认为不适于入选的对象。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other liver diseases and drug-induced liver damage;
(2) Diabetic patients (FPG≥7.0mmol/L and/or OGTT 2h PG≥11.1mmol/L);
(3) Hypertensive patients (systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg or taking antihypertensive drugs);
(4) Those who participated in the study three months before, or participated in other research trials at the same time;
(5) Those who were enrolled in the study three months ago, or at the same time;
(6) obvious renal insufficiency (creatinine ≥ 1.5 mg / dl or > 133umol / L);
(7) Those who have had a history of stroke or myocardial infarction;
(8) have done or are preparing for coronary balloon dilatation or coronary artery bypass surgery;
(9) suffering from other serious diseases such as malignant tumors;
(10) pregnant or lactating women;
(11) The subject considered by the investigator not suitable for inclusion.
