研究目的：

通过对假体周围感染行手术治疗后的长期随访，随访内容主要为相关炎症标志物：血常规、ESR、CRP、IL-6、PCT、凝血象、a-防御素等进行控制性的抗生素治疗，以随访记录的模式进行疗效的评估，以期达到疾病的诊断及治疗有效性的评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Long-term follow-up after surgical treatment of infection around the prosthesis, follow-up content is mainly related to inflammation markers: blood routine, ESR, CRP, IL-6, PCT, coagulation, a-defensin, etc. for controlled antibiotic treatment Efficacy assessment was performed in a follow-up recording model to achieve diagnosis of the disease and assessment of the effectiveness of the treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）未在我科行关节置换术后假体周围感染治疗的患者；
2）围术期未签署知情同意者；
3）病例资料不可查；
4）失访的患者。
对住院拟行关节置换术后假体周围感染治疗的患者，按照纳入标准及排除标准进行筛选，患者如果符合入排选标准并签署了知情同意书则纳入此研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who have not been treated for infection around the prosthesis after joint replacement in our department;
2) Those who did not sign informed consent during the perioperative period;
3) Case data cannot be checked;
4) Patients who were lost to follow-up.
Patients who were hospitalized for treatment of periprosthetic infection after joint replacement were screened according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Patients were included in the study if they met the inclusion criteria and signed informed consent.
