研究目的:

采用三维医学图像配准和模态分析技术,通过融合动态X光追踪技术、测力跑步机和运动捕捉的测量方法,精确测量THA的病人在动态走路时、静态坐姿、站姿以及躺姿时的髋关节假体三维位置与功能间的关系,建立RSA运动参数与运动捕捉皮肤标记物运动参数之间的对应关系,获得人体实际运动行为的运动参数,以研究人工髋关节术后功能性角度和手术入路与关节动态动能的关系。  

Objectives of Study:

This research aims to investigate the relationship between 3D component position, surgical approach and in-vivo function of the hip implant after total hip arthroplasty (THA). THA patients and normal volunteers will be recruited for walking, static standing, sitting and supine under dual fluoroscopic imaging system surveillance for determination of 3D hip kinematics.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

患者:
1) 无法耐受X光者;
2) 无测试意愿者;
3) 有骨折未愈合、重度感染等需要限制功能活动的患者;
4) 有精神病史等无法配合测试者。
健康志愿者:
1) 有任何类型的髋关节损伤史或髋关节慢性病;
2) 无法配合完成所有研究步骤;
3) 妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients:
1. unable tolerate X-ray;
2. no willing to attend the research;
3. restricting activities due to fracture, infection and etc.;
4. unable to cooperate with the research.
Health volunteers:
1. injury or chronic pain in hip;
2. unable to complete all research procedures;
3. pregnant woman.
