研究目的：

研究屈光参差性弱视患者其视知觉认知（行为学）上与正常被试相比有何异常；比较屈光参差性弱视患者其大脑皮层活动有何异常；进行视觉训练后对比观察屈光参差性弱视患者有无行为学以及影像学上（核磁共振）的改善。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study are as follows: first to investigate the difference of behavior between anisometropic amblyopia patients and normal subjects;and second to investigate the abnormal brain activities of anisometropic amblyopia; and last to investigate the difference of brain activities between anisometropia amblyopia with and without vision therapy;

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 眼部或全身系统性疾病；2.精神状况异常等问题；3. 因个人原因不能进行检查的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Eye diseases or systemic diseases;
2. mental disorders patients;
3. patients who cannot undertake tests.
