拟利用一个Stargardt病中国家系，通过外显子组测序这一技术对家系成员血液样品DNA进行测序分析，以期发现该家系的致病基因，丰富中国人的基因突变谱；同时在小鼠相关组织内进行致病基因表达量检测，进一步确认候选基因突变的致病性。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the disease-associated mutations in a Chinese Stargardt Disease family, extend the existing spectrum of disease-causing mutations and further define the genotype-phenotype correlations.
