研究目的：

1.探讨消疹减毒方外洗对EGFR-TKIs药物相关皮肤不良反应的疗效；2.评价消疹减毒方外洗的安全性；3.评价消疹减毒方外洗对伴有EGFR-TKIs相关皮肤不良反应的肿瘤患者生存质量、KPS的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Evaluate the effects of Xiaozhenjiedu formula for EGFR-TKIs-related skin rash in lung cancer patients; 2.Evaluate the safety of Xiaozhenjiedu formula; 3.Evaluate the effects of Xiaozhenjiedu formula on quality of life and KPS for EGFR-TKIs-related skin rash in lung cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患处皮肤破损者；
2.合并未控制的其他肿瘤；
3.合并活动性结核及其他严重的感染性疾病者；
4.2月内接受过化放疗、或其他靶向药物、免疫制剂治疗的患者；
5.治疗过程中接受含有金银花、苦参等清热解毒类的中药或中成药口服；
6.有影响患者自诉能力严重脑疾病或精神疾病或无法律行为能力者，医学或伦理学原因影响研究继续进行者；
7.有器官移植史（包括骨髓自体移植和外周干细胞移植）；
8.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The skin of the affected area is damaged;
2. Combine with other tumors;
3. Combine with active tuberculosis and other serious infectious diseases;
4. Have received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, other targeted therapy or immunopreparations within the last two months;
5. Received orally Chinese herbal medicine or Chinese patent medicine with a function of clearing heat and resolving toxins, such as jinyinhua 金银花, kushen 苦参, in the course of trial;
6. Have serious brain or mental illness, or have no legal capacity to prosecute, medical or ethical reasons affect the continuation of the study;
7. Have the history of organ transplantation (including autologous bone marrow transplantation and peripheral stem cell transplantation);
8. Pregnant or lactating women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究数据由经过培训的研究人员采集，及时、完整、准确、真实地记录于病例观察表（CRF）中，CRF表做任何更正时只能划线、旁注修改后的数据，由研究者签名并注明日期，不得擦涂、覆盖原始记录。采用Epidata3.1软件包录入，进行录入人员的培训，采用双人双输的方法，对同一份CRF分别由两个数据录入人员进行数据录入，核对校正后锁定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data will be recorded in case report Case Record Form (CRF) by the well trained investigators. Any revision of the CRF should be clearly recorded, with the signification and data. Data will be documented using Epidata software (version 3.1) by two data boraders separately, and locked after verification.
