研究目的：

1.制订适合在社区开展的衰弱老年人综合性运动干预适宜方案。 2.通过随机对照试验，验证综合性运动干预对逆转衰弱状态、身体功能指标及认知水平的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop an multicomponent exercise programs for Community-dwelling frail older people; 2. To explore the effects of multicomponent exercise intervention on frailty,physical functions and cognitive statu.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不能独立行走；严重认知障碍（不能理解及遵照口头指令）；在过去3个月中住过院、6个月中进行过手术（非门诊）；患恶性肿瘤；严重脏器功能不全；处于腰椎间盘突出症、颈椎病等疾病急性期；进行骨关节手术＜1年，如髋关节、膝关节置换手术、脊柱手术等者。

Exclusion criteria：

Can not walk independently; severe cognitive impairment (cannot understand and follow the verbal instructions); hospitalized in the past 3 months, having surgery(non-outpatient) in the past 6 months; malignant tumor;Suffering from serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; In the acute phase of lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis and other diseases; bone or joint surgery less than 1 year.
