本研究旨在探讨 6 种主要环境空气污染物(PM₂.₅、PM₁₀、NO₂、CO、SO₂、O₃)与冻融胚胎移植单胎妊娠胎儿生长不足及过度生长结局的关联  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate the association between six major ambient air pollutants (PM₂.₅, PM₁₀, NO₂, CO, SO₂, and O₃) and the outcomes of singleton pregnancies following frozen-thawed embryo transfer, specifically fetal growth restriction and excessive growth.

排除标准:

1.多胎妊娠、死胎、供卵、非玻璃化冷冻胚胎、住址信息不全 / 无法地理编码导致无法个体化评估空气污染暴露、出生体重、胎龄、空气污染暴露等关键数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Multiple pregnancies, stillbirths, donor embryos, non-vitrified frozen embryos, incomplete address information or inability to geocoderesulting in the inability to conduct individualized assessments of air pollution exposureas well as missing key data such as birth weight, gestational age, and air pollution exposure.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究项目团队中设立研究者、监查员、数据管理员等不同岗位, 并对参与者进行培训。研究者在采集数据时以电子信息收集表的形式采集受试者信息,保证数据的准确、完整与及时性。监察员根据电子病历源文件核查信息收集表中的数据,一旦发现其中有错误或差异,应通知研究者,并根据所发现的错误或差异,记录相应的质疑,以确保所有数据的记录和报告正确和完整。数据管理员则按照研究方案的要求,建立电子数据库、对数据标准进行管理、并建立和测试逻辑检验程序。在信息收集表数据被纳入数据库后,利用逻辑检验程序检查数据的有效性、一致性、缺失和正常值范围等。数据管理员对发现的问题应及时清理,可通过向研究者发放数据质疑而得到解决。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The research team for this project established various roles, such as investigators, monitors, and data managers, and provided training to the participants. When collecting data, the investigator uses electronic data collection forms to gather information from participants, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data. The monitor verifies the data in the collection forms against the source documents in the electronic medical records. Upon discovering any errors or discrepancies, the monitor notifies the investigator and documents the corresponding queries based on the identified issues to ensure that all data are recorded and reported correctly and completely. Data managers, in accordance with the requirements of the study protocol, establish electronic databases, manage data standards, and develop and test logical validation procedures. After the data from the information collection forms is entered into the database, logical validation procedures are used to check data validity, consistency, missing values, and normal value ranges. Data managers should promptly resolve any issues found, which can be addressed by submitting data queries to the investigators.
