研究目的：

子宫内膜细胞采集器Li Brush与Tao Brush 分别与金标准病理诊断结果进行比较，探究两种采集器在诊断子宫内膜病变方面准确性  

Objectives of Study：

aiming to compare the effectiveness between Li brush and Tao brush for the diagnosis of endometrial lesions, and evaluate accuracy of endometrial cytology and histology

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生殖系统急性炎症（除外萎缩性阴道炎）；
2.内生型子宫颈癌；
3.凝血功能异常及其他影响凝血的血液系统疾病者；
4.妊娠或可疑妊娠者；
5.两次体温超过37.5℃者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute inflammation of the reproductive system (except atrophic vaginitis);
2. Endogenous cervical cancer;
3. coagulation abnormalities and others system hematological system disorders effect on blood coagulative;
4. Pregnancy or suspicious pregnancy;
5. body temperature > 37.5 degree C.
