研究目的:

1.明确术中 CM 幅值及波形变化特征对术中创伤、术后听觉结果的预测价值; 2.建立人工耳蜗术中标准化一体式蜗内耳蜗电图监测流程; 3.建立 CM 波形变化三阶段分型;  

Objectives of Study:

1.To clarify the predictive value of intraoperative cochlear microphonic (CM) amplitude and waveform morphological characteristics for surgical trauma and postoperative auditory outcomes; 2.To establish a standardized, integrated intracochlear electrocochleography (ECochG) monitoring protocol during cochlear implantation; 3.To establish a three-phase classification system for intraoperative CM waveform changes.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.已知的脑膜炎、耳蜗纤维化病史;
2.内耳严重畸形患者;
3.术中耳蜗电图振幅小于2uV者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Known history of meningitis or cochlear fibrosis; 2.Severe inner ear malformations; 3.Intraoperative ECochG amplitude <2 μV.
