Objectives of Study: |
This retrospective cohort study aims to integrate multisource clinical data and machine-learning techniques, incorporating multidimensional data from patients with PCOS—including baseline characteristics, laboratory indicators, and treatment parameters—to develop highly accurate predictive models for maternal and neonatal outcomes. Based on feature-importance analyses and interpretable model outputs, the study will systematically distinguish the differential effects of modifiable and non-modifiable factors on predictions, and quantify the risk contributions and adjustment thresholds of each modifiable factor. |

1.孕妇及配偶患高血压、糖尿病、甲状腺功能疾病、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、HIV及性传播等传染性疾病、唐氏综合征等遗传疾病家族史、染色体核型有异常; |

Exclusion criteria: |
1.Women or their partners with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, hematologic diseases, malignancies, HIV or other sexually transmitted infectious diseases, a family history of genetic disorders (e.g., Down syndrome), or abnormal chromosomal karyotypes. |

本研究拟依托于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院辅助生殖中心已建立的“辅助生殖技术后随访队列”建立因不孕症来我院拟行FET治疗的PCOS患者数据库。患者的人口学信息、既往病史、家族史、吸烟饮酒史、月经史、生育史及职业有害因素接触史等在患者首次就诊准备接受辅助生殖技术治疗时已经收集并录入电子化病例数据库中。患者接受辅助生殖治疗的信息如详细的药物使用、手术治疗、各项激素水平检查和胚胎实验室指标等则在诊疗过程中由专职人员实时登记并录入电子病历数据库。移植周期及妊娠结局随访另由专职人员负责,准确记录各种孕期合并症、分娩并发症、新生儿出生孕周、出生体重以及有无畸形。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
This study will establish a database of patients with PCOS who present to the Center for Assisted Reproduction at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, for infertility treatment and planned frozen embryo transfer (FET), based on the existing **“Post-Assisted Reproductive Technology Follow-up Cohort.”**At the initial visit, when patients are preparing to undergo assisted reproductive technology treatment, demographic characteristics, past medical history, family history, smoking and alcohol consumption, menstrual history, reproductive history, and occupational exposure to hazardous factors are collected and entered into an electronic medical record database.Information on assisted reproductive treatment—including detailed medication use, surgical procedures, hormone test results, and embryology laboratory parameters—is prospectively recorded by dedicated staff throughout the treatment process and entered into the electronic medical record database.Follow-up of the embryo transfer cycle and pregnancy outcomes is conducted by dedicated personnel. Pregnancy complications, delivery complications, gestational age at birth, birth weight, and congenital malformations are accurately documented. |
