研究目的：

本研究旨在：（1）建立大样本长期随访的前瞻性PACG研究队列，（2）分析PACG的临床特征，进展的模式及危险因素，（3）分析不同治疗方式下PACG患者的病程和预后，（4）为PACG患者目标眼压的制定提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to (1) establish a prospective cohort of PACG patients, (2) analyze the clinical characteristics, patterns and risk factors for disease progression, (3) analyze the clinical course and prognosis of PACG patients under different treatment, (4) provide insight thoughts for setting the target IOP for PACG patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

满足以下条件之一者
1. 存在感染、角膜白斑等眼部因素，影响眼压检查；
2. 存在眼球震颤、严重的屈光介质浑浊等因素，导致矫正视力差于0.5logMAR，或无法获得可信的视野检查（可信的视野检查结果定义为：假阴性率、假阳性率<15%，固视丢失<20%）或眼底检查（要求OCT检查信号强度≥6，眼底拍照可以获得清晰的图像）结果；
3. 合并糖尿病视网膜病变，视网膜静脉阻塞或其它因素，可能导致眼底和视野改变.

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any of the following conditions:
1. ocular conditions effecting the intraocular pressure test;
2. corrected visual acuity worse than 0.5 logMAR, or other conditions reulting in disability to perform reliable visual field tests (reliable visual field tests defined as fixation losses < 20%, false-positive and false-negative rates of less than 15%) or OCT results (signal strength≥6);
3. other cular conditions resulting in change of fundus and visual field results.
