研究目的：

通过对点阵CO2激光治疗挛缩性瘢痕效果的客观评估，评价该治疗手段的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of the fractional CO2 treatment on contracture scar.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

10600nm 点阵CO2激光，1-5%密度，30-150J/cm2能量。治疗间隔2个月。 治疗3次 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

10600nm Fractional CO2 laser, density 1-5%, 30-150J/cm2, 3 treatments, interval 2 months 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 关节活动范围受限因其他原因造成，如关节畸形或肌腱粘连等。
2) 瘢痕局部有溃疡、感染等。
3) 孕妇或哺乳期妇女。
4) 既往有疤痕疙瘩病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The limitation of the ROM is not caused by scar on the skin but other factors such as adhesion of tendon;
2) Ulcer or infection presented in the scar;
3) Women in pregnancy or lactation period;
4) History of Keloid.
