本项研究旨在通过将解剖区段挂线术与传统切开挂线术对照，进一步明确疗效及安全性以及卫生经济优势，并进一步完善技术作规范，进行临床推广  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to further clarify the efficacy and safety, as well as the health and economic advantages by comparing the anatomical section with the traditional incision and suture, and further improve the technical norms and clinical promotion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有严重肛门部手术或外伤史(肛周脓肿引流史除外)，患有急慢性腹泻或肛周湿疹等肛周皮肤病者，伴有消化道感染性疾病、精神病、糖尿病、严重心脑血管疾病、严重过敏、凝血机能障碍、孕妇、直肠阴道瘘以及因特异性感染（如结核、克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等）或因直肠肛管恶性肿瘤溃破而形成的肛瘘，正在接受其它相关治疗，可能影响本研究效应指标观测的患者，妊娠和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

History of severe anal surgery or trauma (except for history of perianal abscess drainage), perianal skin disease such as acute or chronic diarrhea or perianal eczema, accompanied by digestive tract infections, mental illness, diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases , severe allergies, coagulopathy, pregnant women, rectal vaginal fistula, and anal fistula formed by specific infections (such as tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.) or collapse of rectal and anal malignant tumors, are accepting other Related treatments may affect patients observed in the study's effect indicators, pregnant and lactating women.
