研究目的：

1、通过对ICU重症儿童进行早期康复评估，统计本院PICU危重患儿ICU-AW、PICS及VIDD发生率。 2、早期康复干预对PICU危重症患儿ICU住院天数、总住院天数、机械通气时间、病死率、并发症、肢体功能、运动发育情况的影响。 3、研究膈肌功能障碍对于机械通气延迟撤机及困难撤机的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The incidence of ICU-AW, PICS and VIDD in critically ill children of PICU was calculated by early rehabilitation assessment of ICU critically ill children; 2. The effect of early rehabilitation intervention on ICU hospitalization days, total hospitalization days, mechanical ventilation time, mortality, complications, limb function and exercise development in PICU critically ill children; 3. To study the effect of diaphragmatic dysfunction on mechanical ventilation delayed weaning and difficult weaning.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、神经肌肉疾病患者；2、先天性心脏病患者；3、既往存在全面发育落后患者；4、四肢骨折；5、入ICU48小时内死亡的患者。
6、脊髓损伤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with neuromuscular diseases;
2. Patients with congenital heart disease;
3. Patients with general developmental problems;
4, limb fractures;
5. Patients who died within 48 hours of entering the ICU.
6. Patients with spinal cord injury.
