研究目的：

乳腺癌切除手术缺乏一种术中实时的成像方法，传统的眼观和手触依赖于主观经验，因而需要一种实时客观的成像方式来辅助医生精准切除癌灶。本研究的目的在于探究美蓝荧光术中成像乳腺癌的可行性，分析成像条件和适用人群，评估术中成像效果和诊断精度  

Objectives of Study：

Breast cancer surgery lacks an intraoperative real-time imaging method. Traditional methods including observation and palpation rely on subjective experiences.A real-time and objective imaging method is needed to assist doctors in accurately resecting cancer lesions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of intraoperative methylene blue fluorescence imaging for breast cancer, analyze imaging conditions and applicable population, evaluate imaging effect and calculate diagnostic rate.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）术前肾功能及其他脏器异常（亚甲蓝主要通过肾脏排泄）；2）有碘或其他造影剂过敏病史，或美蓝皮试阳性；3）患有糖尿病患者；4）孕期或哺乳期患者；5）合并其他未控制良好的合并症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. preoperative renal dysfunction and other organ abnormalities (methylene blue is mainly excreted by the kidney);
2. history of iodine or other contrast agent allergy, or methylene blue skin test positive;
3. diabetic patients;
4. pregnant or lactating patients;
5. Consolidate other uncontrolled co-morbidities.
