比较不同肠内营养在 ICU 脓毒症患者中对胃肠道屏障功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the effects of different enteral nutrition regimens on gastrointestinal barrier function in septic ICU patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.接受姑息治疗或预计 48 小时内死亡的患者； 2.本次住 ICU 前已住院超过 7 天； 3.孕妇或哺乳期的患者； 4.已参加过本研究的患者； 5.管床医生认为该患者需要限制蛋白摄入（例如肝性脑病、严重肾功能不全等）或存在其他造成患者不适合参加本研究的情况； 6.明确肠梗阻、肠穿孔、肠缺血、活动性消化道大出血、严重基础胃肠道器质性疾病，如短肠综合征、活动性炎症性肠病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients receiving palliative care or expected to die within 48 hours; 2.Hospitalization for more than 7 days prior to the current ICU admission; 3.Pregnant or lactating patients; 4.Patients who have already participated in this study; 5.The attending physician considers that the patient requires protein restriction (e.g., due to hepatic encephalopathy, severe renal insufficiency, etc.) or has other conditions that make the patient unsuitable for participation in this study; 6.Definite intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal ischemia, active massive gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe underlying organic gastrointestinal diseases such as short bowel syndrome or active inflammatory bowel disease.
