研究目的:

结直肠癌的筛查可发现早期癌变。检测粪便中异常的分子已成为最有前景的筛查方法。粪便中异常的DNA在转录水平提示存在肿瘤细胞,而粪便中microRNA在转录后翻译的水平提示存在肿瘤细胞。单独使用粪便多靶点DNA 及microRNA-135b均可诊断结直肠癌及腺瘤。但单一应用粪便多靶点DNA或microRNA-135b在诊断结直肠癌及腺瘤时敏感性及特异性有限。本研究拟分析多靶点DNA及miR-135b联合在诊断早期结直肠癌及腺瘤时的效能,明确他们作为无创性生物标记物在结直肠癌筛查中的作用。  

Objectives of Study:

Screening for colorectal cancer can detect early canceration. Detection of abnormal molecules in feces has become the most promising screening method. Abnormal DNA in feces suggests the presence of cancer cells at the transcriptional level, while microRNA in feces suggests the presence of cancer cells at the posttranscriptional level. Single use of fecal multi-target DNA and microRNA-135b can diagnose colorectal cancer and adenoma. However, the sensitivity and specificity of single application of faecal multi-target DNA or microRNA-135b in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and adenoma are limited. This study was designed to analyze the efficacy of combination of multi-target DNA and microRNA-135b in the diagnosis of early colorectal cancer and adenoma, and to clarify their role as non-invasive biomarkers in colorectal cancer screening.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.严重肝肾功能不全或心功能不全不能完成结肠镜检查的患者。2.不愿意参加这项研究或不能完成结肠镜检查的患者。3.在结肠镜检查前诊断为CRC或接受CRC切除的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or cardiac insufficiency who could not complete a colonoscopy;
2. Patients who were unwilling to participate in this study or could not complete a colonoscopy;
3. Patients who had been diagnosed as CRC or had undergone CRC resection before colonoscopy.
