研究目的：

1) 评估膝关节OA发生发展中， SBP显微结构和微血管异常与STB 退变、SBCs形成之间的关系。 2）研究OA中骨源性微血管内皮细胞特点及其对骨代谢的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1) To assess the micro-structure of SBP, microvasculature, and their relationship with SBC formation during the process of OA; 2) To study the feature of bone-derived endothelial cells and its function in bone metabolism during the process of OA.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）已知的除 OA外的代谢性或骨相关性疾病，比如肾功能障碍、甲状腺或甲状旁腺疾病、恶性肿瘤等；
2）其他会影响到骨结构和骨质量的疾病，比如类风湿性关节炎等；
3）服用可影响骨代谢的药物，比如抗骨吸收药物、降钙素、甲状腺素、甲状旁腺素和性激素替代治疗；
4）股骨或胫骨截骨手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) known metabolic or bone disorders other than OA, which could affect bone metabolism;
2) known other joint diseases, which could affect bone architecture and quality;
3) receiving treatments that affect bone metabolism;
4) tibia osteotomy history.
