研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是识别与膝骨关节炎的发生及进展独立相关的血液生物标志物。次要目的包括评估生物标志物组合对膝骨关节炎新发病例以及结构性或症状性进展的预测效能，并开发一个整合生物标志物与临床数据的多变量风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of this study is to identify blood biomarkers independently associated with the onset and progression of knee osteoarthritis. Secondary aims are to assess the ability of biomarker combinations to predict new-onset knee osteoarthritis as well as structural or symptomatic progression, and to construct a multivariable risk prediction model incorporating both biomarkers and clinical variables.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.炎性关节炎（如类风湿关节炎、继发性关节炎等）；
2.近期严重感染；恶性肿瘤、或长期接受系统性免疫抑制治疗；
3.严重心、肝、肾功能不全或其他全身性严重疾病，无法完成随访者；
4.精神障碍或认知功能障碍，无法配合完成知情同意及研究评估者；
5.研究者判断的其他不适合参加本研究的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Inflammatory arthritis, including but not limited to rheumatoid arthritis and secondary arthritis.
2.Recent severe infection, malignancy, or prolonged systemic immunosuppressive treatment.
3.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction, or any other severe systemic condition that would render the subject unable to complete follow-up.
4.Presence of psychiatric illness or cognitive dysfunction that would render the participant unable to provide informed consent or adhere to the study evaluation procedures.
5.Any other circumstances deemed by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

一：病例记录表 按要求填写病例记录表，并于结题时及时提交相关佐证材料。 二：电子采集和管理 研究者根据研究参与者所填写的原始数据记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地导出为Excel表格。数据在按照要求完成录入和核查后，按编号顺序进行归档保存，并附检索目录，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、分析程序、分析结果、说明文件等，应分类保存，并由多个备份保存于不同磁盘中，妥善保管，防止损坏。所有原始档案应该按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

I: Case Record Forms Complete the case record forms as required and submit the relevant supporting documentation in a timely manner upon completion of the study. II: Electronic Data Collection and Management The investigator shall export the data from the original data records completed by the study participants into Excel spreadsheets in a timely, complete, accurate and clear manner. Once the data has been entered and verified in accordance with the requirements, it shall be archived and stored in numerical order, accompanied by an index for future reference. Electronic data files, including databases, analysis programmes, analysis results and explanatory documents, shall be stored by category and backed up multiple times on different storage media; they shall be properly safeguarded to prevent damage. All original records shall be retained for the duration specified in the relevant regulations.
