研究目的：

基于尿液代谢组学的超高效液相色谱/四极杆飞行时间质谱（UPLC-QTOF-MS）方法结合多变量统计方法进行了 IBS 生物标志物的研究  

Objectives of Study：

In the present study, an ultra-performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS) based urine metabolomics approach coupled with multivariate statistical methods was carried out for the research on biomarkers of IBS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 年龄小于 18 岁
2 活动性消化道出血患者
3 拒绝参加本项临床试验的患者
4 主诊医师认为不适合参与本项临床试验的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding;
2. Patients who refuse to participate in this clinical trial;
3. Patients considered by the attending physician not suitable for participating in this clinical trial.
