研究目的：

本项目研究目标为验证经皮穴位电刺激有助于前列腺电切手术病人术后快速康复对影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to verify the effect of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on the rapid recovery of patients undergoing prostatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并严重心肺疾病，不耐受手术；合并出血疾病；合并严重肝肾功能不全；合并巨大膀胱憩室，巨大／多发膀胱结石；髋关节疾病不能截石位；开放性前列腺摘除；不愿意参与本课题；合并尿道狭窄，尿动力学检查合并神经原发膀胱炎的患者；pas升高，前列腺结节，前列腺肿瘤；直肠穿刺活检确定前列腺肿瘤或病理提示前列腺肿瘤；急诊；无意识，严重认知功能障碍；慢性疼痛
；中风，脊柱损伤；之前尿路方面有过多次针刺史

Exclusion criteria：

1. complicated with severe cardiopulmonary disease, intolerant operation; complicated with bleeding disease;
2. complicated with severe liver and kidney insufficiency;
3. complicated with huge bladder diverticulum, huge / multiple bladder stone; hip joint disease can not be amputated; open prostatectomy;
4. Patients with urethral stricture, urodynamic examination and neurocystitis;
5. pas elevation, prostatic nodules, prostate neoplasms; rectal biopsy for the diagnosis of prostate neoplasms or pathological indications of prostate neoplasms; Emergency;
6. unconscious, severe cognitive impairment;
7. chronic pain;
8. stroke, spinal injury;
9. previous history of acupuncture in urinary tract.
