① 探讨ADHD儿童血及粪便中短链脂肪酸水平变化； ② 研究ADHD儿童肠道菌群构成的改变情况.

Objectives of Study：

To determine the change of short chain fatty acids and intestinal flora in ADHD subtypes of children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

智商低于85；患出生缺陷、遗传代谢病、感染性疾病、肥胖、糖尿病等（即除了ADHD外未伴发其它任何疾病）；3个月内使用抗生素或益生菌；服用抗炎或抗氧化药物。

Exclusion criteria：

With history of epileptic seizures, mental retardation and an intelligence quotient of <85.In addition, all participants of this study were under a normal diet, and no antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics have been taken in the 3 months prior to the sample collection. None of the subjects were on anti-inflammatory or antioxidant drugs.
