研究目的：

本研究通过观察夹闭与不夹闭创面对结直肠ESD术后人工溃疡愈合的影响及对出血、穿孔等术后并发症发生的影响，为结直肠ESD术后处理创面是否应常规夹闭人工溃疡提供依据，并观察从结直肠ESD术后到术后12周人工溃疡愈合的情况，以更好地对患者术后生活、护理进行指导。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the effect of closure and no-closure on the healing of artificial ulcers after colorectal ESD surgery and the effects on postoperative complications such as bleeding and perforation, this study provided evidence for the treatment of wound surfaces after colorectal ESD surgery. It also observed the healing of artificial ulcer from colorectal ESD operation to 12 weeks after operation in order to better guide the patient's life and nursing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）超声内镜提示肿物浸润深度超过粘膜下层者；2）不耐受内镜手术者；3）研究期间服用阿司匹林等抗凝药物病史者；4）糖尿病患者；5）既往有胃肠道肿瘤病史或手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ultrasonic endoscopy indicates that the depth of infiltration exceeds the underlying mucosa;
2. Intolerant endoscopic surgery;
3. Patients on aspirin and other anticoagulant drugs during the study period;
4. Diabetes mellitus;
5. With a history of gastrointestinal tumor or prior surgery.
