研究目的：

我们研究艾灸对类风湿关节炎患者的缓解疼痛的效果，及艾灸在干预时期患者的血液指标及脑部成像的改变，不仅有助于阐明艾灸以及类风湿关节炎的机制，而且为艾灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床应用提供新的治疗策略，。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective: We research the effect of moxibustion on pain relief in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and the changes in blood parameters and brain imaging of patients during the intervention period, which not only help to clarify moxibustion and rheumatoid arthritis. Mechanism, and provide new treatment strategies for the clinical application of moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其它临床试验者；
2.艾灸有不良反应或不愿接受艾灸治疗；
3.符合纳入标准，未按规定治疗，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者 ；
4.有严重的其它系统疾病需要治疗者；
5.孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
6.精神疾病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Joining other clinical study within four weeks;
2. Moxibustion has an adverse reaction or is unwilling to receive moxibustion;
3. In accordance with the inclusion criteria, the treatment is not prescribed, and it is impossible to judge whether the efficacy or the incomplete data affect the efficacy or safety judgment;
4. With other serious diseases;
5. Pregnant women or breast-feeding women;
6. With mental illness.
