研究目的：

虽然医疗水平和技术不断进步，体外循环下心脏手术术后仍然面临较高的并发症发生率如急性脑功能损伤。七氟烷可以减少该类手术术后并发症发生。研究证实心肺转流术会产生脑功能损伤，而七氟烷是否比静脉麻醉剂丙泊酚更能保护脑功能，更能减少术后急性脑损伤有待证实。  

Objectives of Study：

Despite advances in medical care and technology, high-grade complication rates such as acute brain damage are still present after cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. Sevoflurane can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. Studies have confirmed that cardiopulmonary bypass can produce brain damage, and whether sevoflurane can protect brain function more than intravenous anesthetic propofol, and can reduce the acute brain injury after surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）冠心病患者；糖尿病患者；活动性感染性心内膜炎者；（2）手术前有严重肝、肾功能损害者；四周内发生过心肌梗死者，或有丙泊酚过敏患者；（3）实验观察期间行二次开胸患者及心肺复苏患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with coronary heart disease; diabetic patients; active infective endocarditis;
(2) severe liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; patients with myocardial infarction within four weeks, or patients with propofol allergy;
(3) Patients with secondary thoracotomy and cardiopulmonary resuscitation during experimental observation;
