采用微创切口下普通椎弓根螺钉置入，联合伤椎置钉治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的可行性分析及疗效观察。  

Objectives of Study：

Feasibility analysis and curative effect observation of the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures with common pedicle screw placement under the minimally invasive incision.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①神经功能障碍，需要进行椎管减压者；神经损伤; ②两个节段及以上骨折；③长节段固定；④病理性骨折等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. neurological dysfunction requiring spinal decompression; nerve damage;
2. fractures of two or more segments;
3. fixation of more than 3 segments;
4. pathological fractures.
