研究目的：

胰岛素抵抗程度与术后POD 及POCD的发生率，研究老年患者代谢，胰岛素抵抗以及POD和POCD发病机制  

Objectives of Study：

The degree of insulin resistance and the incidence of POD and POCD ; Investigate the metabolism, insulin resistance and the pathogenesis of POD and POCD in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者或/和家属拒绝参加研究；
2. 既往中枢神经系统疾病（如痴呆、肌萎缩脊髓侧索硬化症、精神病、严重脑血管病、癫痫、Parkinson’s病、颅内肿瘤）
3. 药物滥用史（如服用过镇静药和/或抗抑郁药）；
4. 有视觉、听觉障碍或不能配合行认知功能评估的患者；
5.主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况【需记录原因】。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patient or family member's refusal and attitude unknown;
2. There is a central nervous system disease (such as AD,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, mental disease,epilepsy,Parkinsons,intracranial tumours);
3. Drug abuse(such as sedative and/or antidepressant;
4. Severe hearing or visual impairment, end-stage disease can not communicate;
5. The attending physician or researcher believes there are other conditions that should not be included in this study(need record).
