研究目的:

开展上、下肢康复机器人样机的临床实验与试用,建立基于主动意图识别及受累侧功能状态感知的自适应多模态康复训练范式,验证康复机器人康复训练的有效性及安全性。初步建立上下肢康复机器人操作规范及流程。通过训练前后 fMRI 测定探索“基于主动意图识别的机器人自适应镜像训练促进脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体运动功能重建与脑功能重塑的内在规律”这一关键科学问题。  

Objectives of Study:

To validate the effectiveness and safety of rehabilitation robot training, we carried out clinical experiments and trials of the upper and lower limb rehabilitation robot prototype, and established an adaptive multi-modal rehabilitation training paradigm based on active intention recognition and functional state perception of the affected side. Preliminary establishment of upper and lower limb rehabilitation robot operation specifications and processes. To explore the key scientific problem of "the intrinsic law of robot adaptive mirror training based on active intention recognition promoting hemiplegic limb motor function reconstruction and brain function remodeling in stroke patients" by measuring fMRI before and after training.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

a、合并其他神经系统或肌肉骨骼疾病(如帕金森、多发性硬化、严重的关节挛缩、骨质疏松、骨折等)。b、合并心脏及循环系统疾病(如心衰、不稳定心绞痛、控制不佳的高血压等)。c、体重>120公斤。d、既往有精神病史,重度焦虑抑郁,不合作或有攻击行为。e、研究者判断患 者依从性差,无法按照要求完成研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Complication with other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases (e.g. Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, severe joint contracture, osteoporosis, fracture, etc.);
2. Complication of cardiac and circulatory diseases (such as heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, poorly controlled hypertension, etc.);
3. Weight > 120 kg;
4. Past psychiatric history, severe anxiety and depression, uncooperative or aggressive behavior;
5. Researchers judged that patients had poor compliance and could not complete the study as required.
