研究目的：

1、在山东省内陆地区, 开展更大样本、长时间、前瞻性研究, 以更好地理解百日咳与其他呼吸道病原的关系, 进一步揭示百日咳混合感染的临床特征与规律。 2、探究百日咳阳性儿童与百日咳阴性儿童的咽部菌群差别，寻找俩组之间咽部菌群潜在的关联，以及百日咳儿童独特的呼吸道菌群标志物，为临床诊断、干预提供基础。 3、收集健康儿童咽部菌群与以上两组作对照，分别得出百日咳阳性与百日咳阴性儿童的生物标志物，为下一步临床干预提供基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Conduct a larger sample, long-term, prospective study in the inland areas of Shandong Province to better understand the relationship between pertussis and other respiratory pathogens, and further reveal the clinical features and patterns of pertussis mixed infection; 2. To explore the difference of pharyngeal flora between pertussis-positive children and pertussis-negative children, to find out the potential association between pharyngeal flora and the unique respiratory flora markers of pertussis children, and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and intervention; 3. Collecting the pharyngeal flora of healthy children and comparing the above two groups, and obtaining the biomarkers of pertussis-positive and pertussis-negative children, respectively, provide the basis for the next clinical intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、排除胃肠疾病与口腔疾病。
2、排除身体其他重症炎症患者。
3、过敏性疾病以及家族遗传病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Eliminate gastrointestinal diseases and oral diseases;
2. Exclude other severely inflammatory patients in the body;
3. With allergic diseases and family history of genetic disease;
4. With other infectious diseases and genetic diseases.
