研究目的：

通过对内镜下行胆管引流同时经十二指肠乳头胰管置管与仅行内镜下胆管引流治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的临床观察，研究内镜下经十二指肠乳头胰管置管对急性胆源性胰腺炎临床症状控制、临床化验指标变化、并发症发生率、死亡率及复发率等相关指标的影响和差异，并评价内镜下经十二指肠乳头胰管置管治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of endoscopic transpapillary biliary drainage combine with pancreatic drainage and biliary drainage only on acute biliary pancreatitis. Clinical symptoms, clinical laboratory index change, complication rate, mortality, recurrence rate and safty/effectiveness will be compared.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

妊娠期急性胰腺炎
碘造影剂过敏者
一般情况不允许行十二指肠镜检查者
因合并其他疾病需手术治疗者
因合并其他肝胆胰系统疾病影响急性胰腺炎治疗效果者（如肝胆胰肿瘤）
其他ERCP禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

Acute pancreatitis during pregnancy, iodine contrast agent allergy, because of complicated with other disease who need surgical treatment, with other influence of hepatobiliary system diseases such as pancreatic or bilary cancer, severe heart or lung disease, patients with mental disorders.
