研究目的:

通过测验手术患者术前术后EEG、血液生化指标IL-6、IL-10、MMP9、syndecan-1、elFalpha等的变化,评价上述指标是否与POCD的发生有关联。  

Objectives of Study:

The changes of EEG, blood biochemical indexes IL - 6, IL - 10, M MP9, SYND ECAN - 1 and ELF Alpha before and after surgery were tested to evaluate whether the above indexes are related to the occurrence of POCD.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①吸烟酗酒史;
②精神神经疾病;
③药物依赖;
④交流障碍;
⑤心血管疾病、脑血管意外;
⑥预计可能出现困难气道;
⑦药物过敏及妊娠哺乳期患者;
⑧近3月参加其他临床实验者;
⑨任何术前用药史;

Exclusion criteria:

1. smoking and drinking history;
2. Mental and neurological diseases;
3. Drug dependence;
4. Communication barriers;
5. Cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular accidents;
6. It is expected that difficult airway may occur;
7. Drug allergy and pregnant and lactating patients;
8. Those who participated in other clinical experiments in recent 3 months;
9. Any pre-operative medication history.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

(1)EEG分析:对静息态EEG应用eLORETA 软件处理原始EEG,1)功率谱分析以及额叶α波反应性(reaction)和一致性(coherence);2)用信息理论分析方向连接性:序列熵 (PeEn) 和信号转化熵(STEn);3)对ERP分析计算P50和P300的波幅和潜伏期;

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

( 1 ) EEG analysis: using ELO RETA software to process the original EEG in resting state, 1 ) power spectrum analysis and frontal α wave reactivity and coherence; 2 ) Analyzing directional connectivity with information theory: sequence entropy ( PEEN ) and signal transformation entropy ( STEN ); 3 ) Analyze and calculate the amplitude and latency of P50 and P300 in ERP.
