评估体外诊断试剂人乳头瘤病毒基因分型（15个型）检测试剂盒（PCR-反向点杂交法）在HPV感染的宫颈病变人群中HPV感染检测的诊断准确性及同源稳定性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the in vitro diagnostic kit's diagnostic accuracy and homology stability of HPV infection detection in HPV-infected cervical lesions parents:The Human papillomavirus genotyping (15 types) detection kit (PCR-reverse dot hybridization)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.妊娠期或产后八周内的女性；
b.无性生活的女性；
c.已行子宫全切术或宫颈切除术的女性；
d.宫颈脱落上皮细胞样本不符合被考核试剂和对比试剂的样本要求

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during pregnancy or eight weeks after delivery;
2. Women who have no sex;
3. Women who have undergone hysterectomy or cervical resection;
4. Cervical detachment epithelial cell samples do not meet the sample requirements of the reagents being tested and the comparative reagents.

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

Subjects should include a variety of clinical manifestations, that is, normal cervical cytology, cervical epithelial abnormalities (ASC-US), diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical invasive cancer, etc. Aged in all range of years.

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

被考核试剂的总样本量中每种HPV基因型应共有30例以上（发生率低的型别HPV35/73/82/26至少20例），结合各个HPV基因型在受试者人群的流行病学数据，其中HPV阳性样本至少400例，HPV阴性样本至少200例
