研究目的：

1. 探讨超声引导下髂筋膜间隙阻滞在髋部骨折患者围术期术前镇痛中应用的有效性和安全性； 2. 探明围术期术前镇痛对患者睡眠情况和焦虑状况自评的影响； 3. 明确围术期术前镇痛对术后慢性疼痛的影响； 4. 探明围术期术前镇痛对深静脉血栓、C反应蛋白和炎症介质的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided iliofascial space block in perioperative preoperative analgesia of patients with hip fractures; 2. To explore the effect of perioperative analgesia on sleep and anxiety self-assessment of patients; 3. To determine the influence of perioperative preoperative analgesia on postoperative chronic pain; 4. To investigate the effect of perioperative analgesia on deep vein thrombosis, c-reactive protein and inflammatory mediators.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并严重心肺疾病及肝肾功能障碍；有慢性疼痛及长期服用镇痛药物史；有相关麻醉药物及镇痛药物过敏史；有严重外周神经病变；局部皮肤破损感染者；有精神和神经系统疾患；有严重的听觉或视觉障碍及在语言上无法交流，不能理解并准确填写评估表者；；拒绝参加试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; Have a history of chronic pain and taking analgesics for a long time; With a history of allergy to anesthetics and analgesics; With Severe peripheral disease; With local skin damage and infection; With neuropathy or Mental and neurological disorders; With severe hearing or visual impairment and can't communicate in language, can't understand and fill in the assessment form accurately; Refuse to participate in the test.
