研究目的：

本课题拟探究A-tDCS刺激L-IFG对于改善PSA患者语言功能的疗效，通过WAB、语言行为学测试来评估其疗效。并在此基础上，利用ERP技术初步探讨A-tDCS刺激L-IFG干预PSA的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

this study aims to evaluate the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on language function of post-stroke aphasia patients by assessing the Western Aphasia Inventory (WAB) and a series of language behavior tests,and to explore the neural mechanism of tDCS intervention by using event-related potential(ERP) technology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有其他精神疾病及严重神经系统疾病；
②重要脏器如心、肺、肝、肾有严重疾患或功能衰竭；
③体内有心脏起搏器金属植入物；
④完全性失语伴重度言语失用症（不能完成词复述）；
⑤听理解严重障碍不能执行简单指令；
⑥不能配合检查；
⑦不签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other psychiatric and serious neurological diseases;
2. Important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney had serious diseases or functional failure.
3. Metal implant such as heart pacemaker was in vivo.
4. Complete aphasia with severe verbal apraxia(can not repeat word);
5. The listening comprehension was too severe to complete simple instructions;
6. Can not be cooperative during examination;
7. Refuse to sign the consent form.
