研究目的：

明确肠道菌群分布对患儿胆管炎的影响，不同部位肠道菌群种类及丰度对胆道闭锁小儿肝硬化程度的影响，明确移植时肠道菌群分布情况及空肠粘膜结构变化对肝移植术后感染及排斥反应的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the influence of intestinal flora distribution on cholangitis in children with biliary atresia, the influence of different types of intestinal flora and abundance on the degree of cirrhosis of biliary atresia patients, and the distribution of intestinal flora and jejunal mucosal structure changes on infection and rejection after transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究肝移植手术的胆道闭锁小儿，使用16s焦磷酸测序方法研究肝移植时小儿空场上段菌群分布、肠粘膜结构及移植前粪便菌群分布情况。同时肝移植术中留取血清查内毒素，留取腹水培养，明确菌群异位情况。观察肝移植术后早期（术后3个月内）排斥反应（病理证实）发生情况，感染发生情况。明确移植时肠道菌群分布情况对肝移植术后感染及排斥反应的影响。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The biliary atresia patients who received liver transplantation were studied. The 16s pyrosequencing method was used to study the distribution of intestine. The structure of intestinal mucosa and the distribution of fecal flora before transplantation. At the same time, the liver was collected for serum endotoxin, and the ascites culture was taken to confirm the ectopic condition of the flora. The incidence of infection (pathological confirmation) and the occurrence of infection were observed post liver transplantation (within 3 months after surgery).

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

血型不合肝脏移植，再次肝脏移植。

Exclusion criteria：

ABO incompatible liver transplantation; and liver retransplantation.
