Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与或无法签署知情同意书
2.患有明显冠状动脉疾病或缺血性心脏病及心律失常
3.高血压
4.哮喘及其他严重呼吸系统疾病
5.严重肝肾功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1.Refuse to participate or unable to sign informed consent;
2.Severe coronary artery disease ,ischemic heart disease or arrhythmia
3.Hypertension
4.Asthma and other severe respiratory diseases
5.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
