将无创脑机接口等新型人机交互技术运用于脊髓损伤患者的康复护理和日常辅助,在国内首次让脊髓损伤患者使用脑机接口来操作常规康复设备、自主控制护理床、病房内的家电,提高他们的自理能力以及康复积极性,从而达到提高康复效率的目的。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The objective of this study is to develop novel EEG/EOG-based human machine interface to assist patients with severe spinal cord injuries (SCIs) to facilitate their rehabilitation processes and improve daily life quality. |

药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
本研究属于实验性研究,不涉及任何药物治疗,无不良药物反应。研究将以个体病例自身前后对照实验操作方式进行。让患者使用基于无创脑机接口开发一系列脑控装置,包括脑控轮椅、护理床、机械臂、运动康复器械等装置,收集脊髓损伤患者通过大脑信号操控这些设备的实验数据,包括记录数据和视频资料,以及使用后的肌肉量表评分。预计实验期限3年。 |

排除标准: |
排除有其他严重神经系统损害的患者,排除有进行性脊髓损伤发展的患者,脊膜膨出造成的脊髓损伤也排除在外。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Patients with other severe neurological damage or progressive spinal cord injury or spinal meningocele. |
