研究目的：

本研究拟利用前期临床研究（2021伦审第146号，2022伦审第178号）收集的血液样本，检测血清 Chemerin 水平，分析 BMI、PASP 与血清 Chemerin 水平之间的相关性，并初步评估 Chemerin 作为 IPF 患者肺动脉压力升高相关血清标志物的潜在临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to utilize blood samples collected from previous clinical research (Lunshen No. 146, 2021, and Lunshen No. 178, 2022) to detect serum Chemerin levels, analyze the correlation between BMI, PASP, and serum Chemerin levels, and preliminarily evaluate the potential clinical significance of Chemerin as a serum biomarker associated with elevated pulmonary artery pressure in IPF patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并或既往有放射性肺炎、结节病、尘肺； 2.由职业、药物、环境、心功能不全等引发的肺部病变； 3.缺乏超声心动图 PASP 数据者； 4.血清样本量不足、保存状态不符合检测要求或反复冻融影响检测可靠性者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of consolidation or previous radiation pneumonia, sarcoidosis, or pneumoconiosis; 2. Lung lesions caused by occupation, drugs, environment, cardiac insufficiency, etc; 3. Patients lacking echocardiographic PASP data; 4. Those with insufficient serum sample volume, preservation status not meeting testing requirements, or repeated freeze-thaw cycles affecting testing reliability.
