研究目的：

术后认知功能障碍是一种发生于术后的中枢神经系统并发症，主要是指术前精神、认知功能正常的患者在术后出现定向力、记忆力、注意力、计算力、认知以及睡眠等方面的功能障碍。严重影响患者术后生活质量和耗费医疗资源。目前随着医疗技术的发展，麻醉深度监护仪已经逐渐运用于手术麻醉过程中，本研究主要针对麻醉深度与术后认知功能障碍的相关性进行研究，希望为术后认知功能障碍的治疗和预防提供新的角度。

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction (POCD) is a postoperative complication of the central nervous system, which mainly refers to the dysfunction of orientation, memory, attention, calculation, cognition and sleep in patients with normal mental and cognitive function before operation.At present, with the development of medical technology, anesthesia depth monitor (BIS)has been gradually applied in the process of surgical anesthesia. This experiment mainly studies the correlation between anesthesia depth and postoperative cognitive dysfunction, hoping to provide a new perspective for the treatment and prevention of postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有精神、神经疾病病史，长期酗酒和吸毒史，长期服用阿片或者安定类药物者。
2、严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾功能异常者，有糖尿病史、脑卒中病史等患者。
3、术前简易智能状态量表（Mini-mental State Examination ,MMSE）确认存在认知功能障碍者，以及简易智能状态量表评分小于20分患者。（由于我国国情原因，入组患者年龄总体均较大且文化水平较低，所以采用20分作为界限值）
4、失聪、失明导致无法完成简易智能状态量表患者。
5、拒绝测试或者因其他原因导致无法完成量表测试的患者。
6、对试验过程中需要应用的麻醉药物过敏，以及有过恶性高热家族史或者恶性高热病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of mental and neurological diseases, a long history of alcohol and drug abuse, and long-term use of opioids or antipsychotic drugs.
2. Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction, with a history of diabetes and stroke.
3. The mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) confirmed the existence of cognitive dysfunction, and the score of MMSE was less than 20 points.(due to China's national conditions, the enrolled patients are generally older and have a low level of education, so 20 points are adopted as the threshold.)
4. Patients who are deaf and blind cannot complete the test
5. Patients who refuse the test or cannot complete the test due to other reasons.
6. Allergy to anesthetic drugs that need to be applied during the experiment, and patients with a family history of malignant hyperthermia or a history of malignant hyperthermia.

盲法：	第四由一名医师丁对两组患者术后认知功能障碍以及术后谵妄等结局指标进行术后评估和记录，最后由医师戊对所有数据进行收集、整理、统计、分析等并得出试验结果。其中医师甲、乙、丙、丁、戊均均独立实施试验方案。
