研究目的:

探究三维机械矫正治疗结合常规治疗,对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的疗效,并探究其长期维持效应。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the efficacy of three-dimensional mechanical correction therapy combined with conventional treatment for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and to explore its long-term maintenance effect.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)非特发性脊柱侧凸如神经肌肉疾病引起的脊柱侧凸、功能性脊柱侧凸等
(2)既往有脊柱手术病史
(3)有严重的其它疾病者, 如心肺疾患、骨质疏松、颈腰椎疾患、颞下颌关节疾患和感觉、认知、表达障碍者
(4)重度的脊柱侧凸已压迫脊髓引起神经根症状者

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Non-idiopathic scoliosis such as scoliosis caused by neuromuscular diseases, functional scoliosis, etc.;
(2) History of previous spinal surgery;
(3) Those with serious other diseases, such as cardiopulmonary disorders, osteoporosis, cervical and lumbar disorders, temporomandibular joint disorders, and feeling, cognitive, and expression disorders;
(4) severe scoliosis has oppressed the spinal cord causing nerve root symptoms;
