研究目的：

本研究旨在回顾性收集本中心接受新辅助治疗并完成根治性手术的 NSCLC 患者的临床资料、病理特征和随访数据，通过描述性统计、生存分析和多因素回归模型，系统评估关键病理参数与无病生存（DFS）和总体生存（OS）的相关性，筛选对预后具有独立预测价值的指标。同时，本研究将构建基于病理特征的术后风险分层模型，以期为术后个体化治疗策略、复发风险管理及随访规划提供参考依据。本研究基于真实世界数据，具有较高的临床应用价值，为进一步优化新辅助治疗后患者的管理与决策提供证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively collect clinical data, pathological features, and follow-up information of NSCLC patients at our center who received neoadjuvant therapy and completed radical surgery. Through descriptive statistics, survival analysis, and multivariate regression models, it systematically evaluates the correlation of key pathological parameters with disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS), identifying indicators with independent prognostic value. At the same time, this study will construct a postoperative risk stratification model based on pathological features, aiming to provide a reference for individualized postoperative treatment strategies, recurrence risk management, and follow-up planning. Based on real-world data, this study has high clinical applicability and provides evidence to further optimize the management and decision-making of patients after neoadjuvant therapy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

同期伴其他恶性肿瘤。 新辅助治疗不规律或中断者。 无法获得完整病理资料或随访信息者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having other malignant tumors at the same time; 2. Those who received neoadjuvant therapy irregularly or interrupted it; 3. Those who cannot obtain complete pathological data or follow-up information.
