评估黄斑前膜剥除联合视网膜下注液治疗合并中心凹严重增厚的黄斑皱褶的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of epiretinal membrane peeling combined with subretinal injection for the treatment of macular pucker and severely thick fovea inner layer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）研究眼角膜、晶状体严重混浊，不能看清眼底；
2）研究眼合并视网膜血管病变、葡萄膜炎、眼外伤史、视网膜裂孔等眼部疾病；
3）研究眼曾行玻璃体视网膜手术；
4）患者存在手术禁忌症，手术风险高。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Cornea and lens of the study eye are severely turbid, and the fundus cannot be seen clearly;
2) The study eye with retinal vasculopathy, uveitis, history of ocular trauma, retinal tears and other eye diseases;
3) The study eye has undergone vitreoretinal surgery;
4) The patient has surgical contraindications and the risk of surgery is high.
