研究目的：

1. 证明 IBS-D 患者存在冷刺激所致的内脏超敏性； 2. 探讨 IBS-D 患者摄入冷食后腹痛的部位和严重程度与肠道 TRPA1 通道的表达水平的相关性； 3. 进一步阐明 TRPA1 通道介导 IBS-D 患者温度感知障碍导致腹痛的主导机制为外周敏化还是中枢敏化，及其可能的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Prove that IBS-D patients have visceral hypersensitivity caused by cold stimuli; 2. Explore the relationship between the location and severity of abdominal pain in IBS-D patients after eating cold foods and the expression levels of TRPA1 channels in the gut; 3. Further clarify whether the main mechanism by which TRPA1 channels mediate temperature perception disorders leading to abdominal pain in IBS-D patients is peripheral sensitization or central sensitization, and its possible mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 腹部手术外伤史； 2. 肠道血管性疾病史； 3. 入组前一个月内服用过抗菌药物、胃肠促动力药物、可能影响 TRPA1 功能的药物（如辣椒素、非甾体抗炎药、某些钙离子拮抗剂等）； 4. 肠镜检查显示有肠粘膜器质性病变； 5. 孕妇； 6. 有严重心、肺、肾脏系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of abdominal surgery or trauma; 2. History of intestinal vascular diseases; 3. Use of antibiotics, gastrointestinal prokinetic agents, or drugs that may affect TRPA1 function (such as capsaicin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, certain calcium channel antagonists, etc.) within one month prior to enrollment; 4. Organic lesions of the intestinal mucosa detected by colonoscopy; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal systemic diseases.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Before colonoscopy, an electronic data record form was used to collect general demographic information of the patients (anonymized by coding). Data on disease severity, anxiety and depression status, and post-cold food abdominal pain were collected using the IBS-SSS, HADS, and VAS scales, respectively.
