研究目的：

探讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后功能障碍的临床疗效，并基于fMRI探讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后痉挛状态和功能恢复的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of dysfunction after stroke, and the mechanism of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of spastic and functional recovery after stroke based on fMRI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重言语、智力、注意力、听觉、精神或认知障碍，有癫痫病史及癫痫家族史；
2.严重心、肾、肺、肝等重要脏器损伤和其他严重神经系统疾病、肿瘤等；
3.2周内服用骨骼肌松弛药物或近6个月有肌肉松弛药物注射史者；
4.体内有金属异物或颅骨缺。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe impairment in speech, intelligence, attention, hearing, mental or cognitive .History of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy;
2. Serious heart, kidney, lung, liver and other important organ damage and other serious neurological diseases, tumors, etc.;
3. Accept skeletal muscle relaxation drugs during 2 weeks or have a history of muscle relaxation drug injection in the past 6 months;
4. Metal or skull defects in the body.
