构建并验证一个基于超声影像组学的中青年(18-60岁)卵圆孔未闭相关隐源性卒中的精准风险预测模型,以指导临床决策,避免过度治疗或治疗不足。  

Objectives of Study:

To construct and validate an ultrasound radiomics-based risk prediction model for patent foramen ovale (PFO)-related cryptogenic stroke in young and middle-aged adults (aged 18–60 years), thereby enabling precise identification of high-risk individuals and guiding clinical decision-making to avoid overtreatment or undertreatment.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 其他颅内病变如出血性脑卒中、颅内血肿、颅内感染等; 2. 其他血管性病变如动脉粥样硬化、动脉夹层、血管畸形等; 3. 合并严重心脏器质性病变(包括心脏结构或功能重构者); 4. 恶性肿瘤; 5. 风湿免疫性疾病; 6. 严重外伤史; 7. 无法配合检查。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Other intracranial lesions, such as hemorrhagic stroke, intracranial hematoma, intracranial infection, etc.; 2. Other vascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, arterial dissection, vascular malformation, etc.; 3. Concomitant severe organic heart disease (including structural or functional remodeling of the heart); 4. Malignant tumors; 5. Rheumatic or autoimmune diseases; 6. History of severe trauma; 7. Inability to cooperate with the examination.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据来源于本院PACS及电子病历系统。超声图像以DICOM或JPG格式导出,临床数据由双人核对录入加密数据库。所有数据去标识化处理,存储在科室专用服务器,由专人管理,定期备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data came from the hospital's PACS and EMR systems. Ultrasound images were exported as DICOM/JPG. Clinical data were double-entered into an encrypted database. All data were de-identified, stored on a dedicated server, managed by assigned staff, and regularly backed up.
